1998 FORD EXPODITION I CHANGED THE PASSENGER DOOR JAM LOCK UNHOOKED THE ACUATOR SWITCH IT WENT INTO THEFT MODE WONT START WHATS WRONG ???

Open the fuse box under the hood and swap the PCM power relay with the Fuel Pump Relay. It should start. Buy a new PCM relay and put the good relays back into their original positions.

Need location of power window fuse 2001 Ford expodition

In main fuse box under the dash, should be on drivers side. If it's not there, it's under the hood in the power dustribution box(just another fuse box but bigger). The cover to the fuse box normally has the layout of the fuses and what size they are/what they control printed on the inside of the fuse box's cover, but if all else fails the owners manual will always tell you for sure. Check all fuses and relays related to the windows or power accessories. If it's just one window having the issue, it's more than likely a bad window motor, they're cheap and easy to install.

Should be in the box near the battery.

Put in new starter in 2003 ford expodition and it still won't start what can my problem be won't even turn over?

Smart lock? do you have a picture of a red hand on instrument panel? With falcons quite common. Turn & hold key @ start posision, Hit dash upwards on left side of steering colum, If start = faulty smart lock module. I don't know if expodition has smart lock but probably does
