Damon is presumably the company that built and equipped the RV body using a donor vehicle as the base or a bought-in rolling chassis from another manufacturer.
That is the way these things usually go. Coach or body builders and vehicle manufacturers are usually entirely different things, though they try and pretend to the customer they are not by avoiding naming the brand of the base vehicle and withholding information about it.
The result is the customer who gets problems usually finds great holes in the information provided and isn't sure who to turn to for help.
The RV market is a lucrative premium market and the suppliers don't want you buying stuff from Ford or wherever at normal prices; they want you to have to go to them and pay their premium prices.
Basically you need to do some research and discover the origin of the base vehicle and then go there for information.and other stuff. Bear in mind the modern vehicle has lots of electronics controlling just about everything and there is a severe limit to what owner/drivers can do without specialist gear and knowledge.
I had a similar trouble with an RV based on a Fiat Ducato. The RV manufacturer could not or would not help but I obtained a partial wiring diagram from the Fiat dealer. It showed me a number of large fuses hidden behind the battery and one was broken, presumably by the builder, and had finally parted...
