how do you know it needs fuel lines, are they leaking? is fuel pump good?did you do fuel pressure test? did you chk. to see if filter is pluged? just because the tank leaks won't keep it from running and that can be fix with a little apoxey and a some elbo grease.

SOURCE: broken line after fuel pump replacement

All the fuel lines in the modern fuel pump in tank vehicles need the 2-3 lines hooked up, so it would be a good idea to do so. Rick

SOURCE: removed the old fan belt. But don't know hos to

LOOP THE BELT UNDER THE CRANK PULLEY, START WITH THE RIGHT HAND AND GO AROUND THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE WATER PUMP, DOWN TO THE POWER STEERING PUMP, OVER THE A/C COMP, UNDER THE IDLER PULLEY, OVER THE ALTERNATOR, AND THEN THE TENSIONER.

ITS EASIEST TO SLIDE THE BELT UNDER THE IDLER LAST AND RELEASE THE TENSIONER.

No Prolem! Look at the pullys on the engine. Notice some are grooved while others are not? The grooved pulleys go on the inside of the belt or the grooved side of the belt, while the smooth pulleys go on the outside or smooth oart of the belt. Works with All belts on all engines!

One bulb in Poulan Pro 16 does not work. Bulb is good. Replacing all but not sure why one not working?

Easy one... Had the samething happen... Is suppose to let fuel flow easy. If it is staying collapsed once squeezed then it will have to be replaced or there is a line blockage.. This could happen with a new one so keep your receipt and be careful when you put it back on and your forcing the line in place. You can damage the bulb in the process. Hope that helps.

1986 Dodge ramcharger 318 v8 4wd I need fuel line diagram

Is this a steel line? In the old days, the local auto stores would carry steel fuel lines, in straight length, with proper fittings on each end. You would use tubing bender to place the bends in the proper place. You would use the old fuel line as a pattern for the bends.
There are places on the internet that sells fuel line material and fittings, some of this stuff you can bend with your hand. You could route anyway you wanted, within reason. My biggest concern would be safety, safety is your responsibility.
I know I didn't answer your question about routing, but, I got nothing else. good luck

I need to know which transmission cooling line goes where

If you removed an old radiator and pipes, then fit according to those.

If the old rad and pipes are missing, then first fit the radiator to the vehicle, and then offer up each pipe to the vehicle and see which route is best suited to each pipe, depending on the length and angle of it.

Broken trans cooling line(rust out)

You've got two options: Either cut back the line to a point where the line is still good and either replace the rotted section with steel line using compression unions, or use rubber hose in the same manner only when you put mini clamps on the ends, make sure to use two at each end with the screw parts 180 degrees from each other and about a half inch apart. Make sure if using hose that you push the hose at least four inches up onto the existing line. It's best to use clamps used for fuel injection hoses as they don't destroy the hose.
When running the new line, it does not need to exactly follow the routing of the old one but needs to be secured so it doesn't vibrate and does not run too close to exhaust pipes or any moving components (steering etc) that can wear a hole in it or cause the fluid in the line to get hot..

Drivebelt came off while on the highway (about 75 mph). Towed it home, went to replace belt and now both old belt (4 yrs old) and new belt (both 1025) are too long. Put on 1015 belt, topped off anti-freeze...

Hi, when a belt comes off, it's usually because of a bad bearing in one of the accessories or idler pulleys, or maybe your tensioner spring is broken. Remove the belt and check all pulleys for spin and play. It is also possible you lost an idler pulley and the new belt routing is not turning the water pump in the right direction. Check the routing and look for a missing idler pulley. Let me know if you are missing the routing diagram.
