Jack up one of your rear wheel and look for the brake fluid bleeder valve. Loosen it up, until the brake fluid
drips. Have someone at the driver seat, and start pumping the brake pedal. Look at the bleeder valve, until the fluid coming out is solid and close it fast and
tight. Repeat this procedure at the other wheel. Then, you are done. E-mail us for your comments.
SOURCE: just replaced rear rotors and brakes on my 2007
Hello and welcome to FixYa!
I suspect that it's the caliper. It may need to be adjusted since it's new. It may have been set too tight and adjustment is really necessary.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
SOURCE: how to install on a Ford freestyle 2007 3.0 liter / Serpentine belt replacement
Use a ratchet or breaker to release tension and route the new belt as shown here: http://serpentinebelthq.com/2005-ford-freestyle-v6-3-0l-serpentine-belt-diagram/ . The engine in the 2007 is the same as the 2005 shown on the link. Typically this job should take about 15 to 20 minutes at most. It helps, btw, to have a helper to hold that tension off the belt path until the belt is in place, then slowly release the tensioner.
