Where is leak detection pump & cost of part,is it do it yourself fix 1997 plymouth grand voyager 3 liter engine

Sounds like either a fuel pump or throttle position sensor. Check the pressure at the port on the fuel rail. It should be at least 30 PSI while running. TPS is mounted right on the throttle body. Amazon sells them both.

Can I run ethynol (e85) fuel in my 1998 grand voyager. Have always used unleaded 89 octane. Has 200,00 miles.

98 was the first year chrysler introduced an E85 compliant minivan. This only applies to the 3.3 liter engine. The 3.8 liter is NOT compatible.

We have a 99 and this is what we found. It ends up costing us more to run E85 than regular fuel. E85 is less efficient and will decrease your fuel economy 25-30%. Currently the price offset does compensate for this and as a result you will fill up more often and will not see a significant savings after the math is done.

Chrysler also recommended, at the time, to use a special E85 compliant oil which also costs more money. You can check with your local chrysler dealer to see if this is still true.

1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.0 Liter engine. $

Hate to say it but not very likely. Mine cost me $1500 for a rebuilt. Doesn't hurt to check a few local shops that deal with transmissions.
