Question about 1990 Nissan 300ZX

Car only turns over once in a while. When it does

Car only turns over once in a while. When it does turn over it runs fine. I would suspect ignition, cellanoid, or starter. It will just click and hum for a moment, but not try to turn over.

Pt cruiser wont start. checked battery, starter , releighs and ignition, and they seem fine. no codes come up when turning the key 3 times

To do self diag on a pt u need to start with ignition off. Hold trip button in for the odometer keeping trip button held down turn ignition key to run then release trip. This will also run a self test on instrument cluster. Codes will be displayed in the odometer at the end of test

The car cranks too much and sounds as though

your fuel pump is getting weak. when you turn your key to the on pos. you should hear a hum from the back of the car. GM's are good for having the fuel pump go out. and you can test it or take it to a shop and have it tested.

My 1993 toyota camry v6 just died after making a left turn and will not start up turns over just does not wanna fire, could it be numerous things or more of the fuel filter?

it could be alot of things. if the car was running fine before it happened i wouldn't say the fuel filter. if it was dirty enough to clog from taking a turn then the car would have ran poorly. i see alot of ignition issues with these cars.
with out testing you could be chasing your tail and wasting money.

hope this help and please ask any more question you have. good luck

Buick LeSaber ignition will not turn off.

There is a pin on the ignition switch you can press that will release the switch for you to turn and pull out.

All lights work, runs good, now won't turn over

Sounds like it could be an ignition switch problem (corrosion) Try spraying electrical cleaner into switch. If that does not work attach a test light to the start solenoid wire (under the car) and see if it lights when the switch is in "start" position. If no, then replace the switch. If yes and it still won't turn over, suspect the starter.
