Question about 2001 Hyundai Accent
I've got a 2000 Hyundai Accent and the cigarette lighter doesn't work. It wont stay in, or get hot if I keep it in. Also, nothing I plug into it will work.
I've checked the fuse, and its fine.
What am I looking at for costs to get it fixed? And what about labor? Could I do this myself?

You need to get at the back of the socket (female part) to unthread the nut that holds it in. These are sold at any auto parts store, and are kind of common. Replace the socket and element both.
