Possibly when ignition coil was replaced, the plug for the blower was giggled loose. Locate blower on firewall and check plug for tightness.

Check if plug off under hood near firewall at heater area, usually on passenger side. If you can't find it, take a run back, he/she might have knocked something off during tune-up etc.

What is your question? It sounds like you have an old car that will need some repairs. What he did has nothing to do with the blower motor. Turn the switch on, and tap the motor. If it works, you need a new motor. If not, check fuses, switch and blower resistor.

A defective HVAC blower motor controller, or relay/micro switch in the control panel may cause the heater/AC blower motor not to work.

Check the blower motor which is behind the right side of the dash, in the lower right side of the HVAC Assembly, above foot area of the passenger floor. The other thing to test is the blower motor resistor which should be next to the blower motor.
