Question about 2006 Infiniti QX56
I am sooo annoyed. I swear I WILL NEVER buy an infiniti again. My car is purchased in 2006. I am the ONLY owner. I have never had an accident. All of a sudden my nav stopped workign for no reason. I went to infiniti. They told me it was going to be $179 just to see what was wrong with it. I said fine knowing darn well I wasn;t going to pay it. After I was told it needed to be replaced and it was going to cost me $3000!!! Are they CrAzY???? This is a new car by all means. I paid $3000 to have a Nav in it and now I have to pay another $3k. I called consumer hotline but of course they did nothing. I am 33 and they just Lost a customer for life!!! Idiots. This was my 2nd and LAST infiniti purchase. I will make sure I let everyone know NOT to get this peice of JUNK.
Did you take the time to call their owner relations number in the manual, and talk to anyone at manufacturer? Go around the dealer.
