Question about 1989 Nissan Maxima
Lift the rear of the carthen remove rear tires and take the drums off to expose the brake shoes. the shoes should be at a minimum of 1.5 times thicker than the backing plate that the brake material is bonded to. if it is rear disk the thickness still holds the same.good luck.
