Check if you have a main fusible link which is a wire that is suppose to melt to prevent the smaller relays from damage. It would be a wire from the battery to the main fuse box or a wire from the starter relay bundle to the main fuse box.
That could be expensive to replace.....does the odometer still work? One work around would be to get a GPS for your car, it will show you your speed and miles driven.
Did you replace the fuse ? If yes, does it blow after driving ? Sounds like you may have a main power wiring problem, could be shorting to ground. Do you have any codes or an engine light on ?
there is a code in the computer that needs to be checked out. if the light is flashing then its indicating the problem can cause damage to the motor or the catalytic converter and requires immediate attention when the light is on steady there is a code that again needs to be checked out but it won`t cause damage right away. either way get it checked out and repaired.
I would start with which fuses you blew in the fuse box. That will give you an indication on which areas to look hard at. It sounds like you had an electrical fire and that now you have multiple fuse blown with other damage. DON'T REPLACE THE FUSES until you have found the problem that caused them to blow.
