yes I checked it and both the overflow tank and radiater was low. i filled them then they went back down again. can't find leaks under car seems to be when i am driving is when it leaks out. AC works fine when the antifreeze is full. but when it gets low it stops working.

i just bought car from a guy and I am just a disabled woman trying to get help. the day i whent to pick up the 2000 chevy blazer the AC would flash on the button for it and wouldn't work. so the guy is a mechanic and said he would fix it. so the next day when i picked it up he said the dryer had oil in it and he cleaned it and the orafcace? out it worked ok for about a day then started going on and off. i looked under the hood saw the overflow tank for the anitfreeze was almost empty and filled it up. AC started working and the same thing just keeps happening.

yOUR HEATER CORE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. ANTIFREEZE CONTINUALLY RUNS THROUGH YOUR HEATER CORE WITH OR WITHOUT THE HEAT OR AC BEING ON. THIS ALLOWS YOUR ANTI-FREEZE TO COOL ABIT WHEN IT RETURNS TO THE BLOCK.

2001 dodge dakota sport 4.7. i flushed the radiator, now it won't take all of the antifreeze that is required for refill. help

You have an air bubble. Look for plug on top of the intake manifold next to the thermostat housing, Remove that and fill until coolant starts to run out. Put plug back in loosely and continue filling until no more goes in. Tighten plug and replace your radiator cap. Fill overflow bottle and start engine.

Loosing antifreeze daily

It can cause problem to engine if it isn't cooling it good enough, but personally I would really just take it to your automotive mechanic. It might just be a simple fix to replace radiator, but I would consult a professional mechanic.
