1999 dodge caravan's light is on, but car won't start. What is the problem?

Would be glad to try to help you resolve your no start issue....but in order to accurately point you in the right direction more input information is needed. when you say the light is on- which light do you mean? When you say it wont start....do you mean it wont crank over or do you mean it cranks over but will not start and run. Also need to know what the is displacement size of the motor in your van? If your motor is cranking over and it will not start we can proceed from there....

1999 dodge grand caravan over heats when sitting still or driving in traffic. We have replace the colling fan relay twice. The fuse it good, all fans do work. Any ideas?

do the fans actually cut in? the relay is operated by a switch on the motor, either the switch is bad or more likely the wiring to it has corroded.

99 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L needing to replace the Idle Speed Motor on van. Where is it and how do you replace it?

Mounted on the throttle body with 2 Torx screws (I forget what size) and has a 4 way conncector if memory serves. Take the 2 screws out and it will come right out. Make sure the old o-ring comes off and the new one gets put in. Also clean out the throttle body with some intake cleaner while you have the IAC out.
