1997 Nissan Quest-AC has 50 lb of pressure and no leaks. No cool air comes out. Was told it has to be electrical. Can you help. Are there more than 3 relays. Could it be a relay? What do you think the...

First you need to make sure the compressor is going on, then you are only suppose to have 30 pounds of pressure on the low side. 50 pounds can cause to much pressure so it will not go on. but the only way to check it is if the compressor is coming on.

The first thing to do is clean out the track the door is running in with a rag from dirt and foreign matter then lighly lube the track like put some wd 40 on a clean rag and wipe it in the track, also spray wd 40 or equivilant in the latch area.

Told I need to replace fan assembly

If the fan is coming on, you don't need a new fan. Is the A/C compressor cycling off and on with the fan? If the compressor is running fine, and the fan is the only thing cycling, I would suspect a relay first.

Emitting white spoke also won't accelerate properly

I have worked a similar situation before, the white smoke that you see more than likely mean that you have a blown head gasket. That's antifreeze that blowing out the tail pipe, with a blow gasket it can cause the vehicle to **** and have poor acceleration. The sudden jerking motion can trigger the TCS- traction control system. Its almost like the vehicle is slipping when it **** like that, So I do believe that you need to replace the head gasket, and not a complete overhaul. Good Luck
