Check the CV axel. Is it only when turning or all the time? Is it getting progressively worse? Rubbing against the body? Anything on that wheel that looks different than the others? More information is please.

SOURCE: my car is leaking fluid

you need to replace the brakes of course not knowing if disk or drum brakes it will be a bad wheel cyclinder or the caliper has expanded to far causing it to leak if so you will need to replace also

I have what sounds like a front wheel bearing noise on my 2007 Lexus RX 350. 1. How do I identify if it is coming from the right or left wheel (the noise increases when I put steering wheel pressure to...

Jack up one side at a time and get a big bar or a strong 2x4, lift the wheel, have somebody lift while you peek at the inside and see if you can see something loose, grab the wheel and shake it left and right, It should tell you something, If, not, try the other side, Something gotta be clinking in there somewhere. You don't need a socket to get the bearing nut off, it is not tight, it is snugged up and then backed off, If it were put on tight, It would overheat in a few miles and smoke you out of the car and weld itself to the spindle/ axle, which ever you have there, most front drive cars don't have front end problems like 2 wheel drive cars, but they do have bearing problems. Hope this helps.

Sounds like the wheel bearings are worn out - replace both sides since the other side will probably go soon also.
