Howdy Mister,

Generally horns are found behind the Front grill..
before the engine compartment...

Usually pretty UNIMPORTANT as most "HORN" issues
resolve to the control switch on the steering wheel.

Find your HORN RELAY and trouble shoot
from there... (my opinion).

Use the FREE circuit drawings at BBB Industries

SOURCE: fuel filter location

The fuel filter is located underneath the vehicle in front of the gas tank

Squeeze the white plastic quick-disconnect tabs together and pull the inlet line away from the filter, then detach the outlet line from the fuel filter, then unbolt the filter mounting bracket to remove the fuel filter from the car..

SOURCE: location of horn on 2003 excursion

You have to remove the right front inner fender plastic liner to access the horns. To get to the bolt that holds them you have to remove the battery and tray.

SOURCE: horn inop 2003 grand caravan

Yes, it sounds like the connector on the horn could have been accidentally unplugged while the work was being done.

The horn is under the hood very near the front grill on left or right side.

The horn in my 2003 pontyiac grand am wont stop honking

you will find a fuse labeled HORN and a relay labeled HORN in the under hood fuse flock. Pull either of those to stop the horn from blowing.

If you need info on how to fix it i can help. You will need a test light or a voltmeter.

You can also try swapping the horn relay with another relay in the fuse block that is the same. If the horn works normally than the relay is bad and will need to be replaced.

The Horn started going off constantly without warning and would not turn off until I pulled the Fuse. What would cause this? (2003 Pontiac Grand Am GT)

Thought it might be stuck. Was gonna tell you to hit the horn on the steering wheel to see if it was stuck. LOL You could still try that LOL take the cover off and check the wiring there.
