Shut off the wipers. Place the pass wiper in the rest position. Tighten the clutch nut at the bottom end of the wiper arm

under the passenger side of engine, just ahead of the transmission bell housing. You can reach it by turning the wheels all the way to the left, and sliding under the car behind the passenger side front tire.

DRIVER SIDE WINDSHIELD WIPER STOPPED WORKING. DO I NEED TO REPLACE ENTIRE ARM OR COULD IT BE SOMETHING ELSE?

It could just be the bolt holding the arm on. Sometimes they vibrate loose. Does the passenger side work properly?
Can you move the driver side wiper arm across the windshield by hand?
There should be some soft of plastic cap at the pivot point of the wiper arm that can be removed to get to the bolt - so you can see if its loose.

Dodge pick up wiper repair

Check wiper arm where it fits to the shaft the nut may have come loose! if so reset the arm to its normal resting place & retighten!
if its ok then its more likely that it has come off its pivot under the csuttle panel
it may need a new pivot

You can buy one from your NAPA store or from your local Chrysler dealer. I would go with the Chrysler dealer although I can't tell you what the part number is. You would have to check it out. Hope this helps!?
