I make a rookie mistake and pressed the abuse button in error.
    I'm truly sorry!

P.S. the compressor is not bad.

My 2005 PT Cruiser keeps blowing fuse 13, what is the problem

Fuse number 13 is a 20amp fuse that powers the ASD relay and the computer among other things.
Someone will have to pull the relay and check the circuits one by one to find the short. It could be any one of a dozen or more components.

Where is the low side valve located on a 2005 pt cruiser for the a/c unit?

The high side valve is located on the filter-drier, and the low side valve is situated on the suction line, near the washer fluid reservoir filler. Good luck and hope you stay cool this summer.

How do i replace the liquid line and drier on a 2004 pt cruiser 2.4L turbo engine.

first you must recover the freon from the system then change the line always installing new orings, evacuate the system "which means to put it into a vacuum to remove all the air and moisture out of the system" then recharge and enjoy....on your turbo pt it calls for .3 for the job ...anyone should be able to do it in like 30-40 min. proved you have the right tools...recovery machine and so on.....
