2000 GMC Sonoma Vibrates at 25 and 45 mph

I have a strong Vibration in my truck. At 25 mph it starts then goes away at around 30mph. Then at 45 mph it starts again until 50 mph... The tach doesnt shimmy so the engine isnt effected. I dont think its a balance problem in the tires cause I think it would do this continuously. I dont know?

Have your tires checked, you probably have a shifted belt in one or more of the tires.

Generally, the tire vibration only arrives at 60ish.
However, if you have a distorted tire, or worse, more than one, or even worse, Buckled Wheels!
You are inevitably going to experience vibrations, at varying speeds.
Take the wheels off, and make sure, the wheels are actually still,, er, circular.
It's best to put them on a Balancing Machine, then you can see how bad they are.
If the problem isn't solved soon, you may well be finding yourself, forking out for new wheel bearings.
That should do it.
Happy motoring.

2006 gmc 2500 vibration around 60 mph stops when I let off gas

Usually a vibration is due to one or more parts that have become worn or damaged. I'm not sure why you mentioned the tires but don't disregard them unless you know that they are fine. Check for correct inflation (on the door jam), for uneven tread wear, or bubbles and damage.
Other things that can cause a vibration is the front-end needing an alignment, a tire that is unbalanced, worn out steering components (like a wheel-bearing), defective u-joints and/or an unbalanced drive-shaft, or low gear-oil level in the drive-axle can cause damage to the ring & pinion gear. The damage would primarily be on one side. So when you let off the gas pedal the sound goes away. Check as much as you can and let me know how it is going.
