P0700 code 07 Chrysler Sebring 2.4L

means using wrong old and lame scan tools
p0700 means transmission error GENERAL( uSA fed code)
means others are there but not using 2008 or newer scan tools
means missing all those better DTC errors
get the car scanned in a real shop using real tools
no kidding.

missing p17xx codes and more.

1995 dodge Dakota code 55? Code 12?

Code 12 means that the battery input to the PCM was disconnected within the last 50 key cycles (this is a normal condition).
Code 55 means that you have reached the end of the codes. This is also normal

So if you have a 12, 55 code readout, you basically have no error codes stored.

Engine codes for a 1998 plymouth voyager

okay, 1998 voyager these are not obd2 codes, these are genric codes, you used ignition to get these .
these codes are for older models that use codes like these 12 35.
the newwer obd 2 use codes like po 013. i will try to see what i can find, also the engine size is important.

okay here we go, the first code is 12, this code means the battery was dead or dissconnected.
the next code 35. this code means loss of prime, code # 11
means internal transmission failure.
the code 55 means gear ratio error.

these codes would tell me that you have transmission problems. this may mean internal trans failure and a rebuild or replacement transmission is needed or shift pack needs replacing. anyhow i would have a shop check this out, these van are known for transmission problems. hope this is helpful good day

What do the codes P1684 and P0700 mean?

What's (mil requested) mean?

P0700 means transmission control fault detected,either it is mechanical or electrical.This code is a generic code,you will need a enhanced code that mean a manufacture scantool or a scan tool that can read enhance code.

I have a 95 honda accord check engine light flash 1 long and 7 short. what does that code mean?

That means Code 17, one long flash means 1, seven short flashes means 7. The code is for the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) Have it checked and replaced if necessary.

"P done" means there are no codes stored. If there were codes you would see P and 4 numbers.

Can't read misfire codes

The code P0300 is a random misfire code which means any cylinder and the code P0316 means that there is a misfire code set within the first 1000 revolutions of the engine. Good luck with this problem.

You are in cars and trucks so if you google and type in--- fault codes for ( whatever it is you are looking for ) and there will be sites with pdf version downloads
If mean the codes for some other type of equipment do the same as just mentioned if you are looking for a particular fault code meaning , just google and type in that code for the type of equipment
example --code ER for Simpson top loader washing machine

Service manuals may contain codes. Service mechanics often have special diagnostic devices which reveals to them what the codes mean. The codes may be device, brand, model and even year specific. You can Google what " error code ES on the Ford Falcon 1989. Or, try Error codes for Ford Falcon" initially. You might get lucky. Perhaps check out a service manual by registering with Autozone. These are NOT the workshop service manuals but you might see what is offered.
