Question about 1995 Buick Riviera
This could be an issue with the BCM ( Body Control Module). Or even the ecm. Heck you may even have a short located somewhere. The best bet is have your local mechanic hook it up. It may or may not fix your issue, but the cost is minimal and it might just solve your issue.
