Question about 2003 Saturn ION
The AC in my fiance's 2000 Saturn L300 stopped working last week. The dealership near her parents replaced the compresser. Two days later, the problem reoccurs and the dealership near where we live discovers that the first dealership missed a seal and all the freon leaked out and needed to be recharged. Now, less than 24 hours later, the AC starts blowing hot air again and she's considering buying a new car.
Assuming the new compresser is good and there aren't anymore bad seals, what else could be the problem?
My 2003 l200 did the same thing...ended up being a leak or hole in the ac line.
- thin metal and exposed to the elements will do that.

It will be more seals or a very hard to find leak in the evaporator core or condensor
