Question about 2006 Fiat 124
I have an ongoing performance problem with my Jan 2002 reg Fiat Scudo Combinato 16v jtd and would like to know what onboard diagnostic protocol is used (eg OBD11), and where I can get a list of Fiat specific fault codes from. It has a standard 16 pin connector with no pins 2,6,10 present. I have tried contacting Fiat, but they fobbed me off by telling me to take the vehicle to a dealer! I am sick and tired of paying up to £80 per diagnostic check and getting nowhere. I would like to buy my own diagnostic reader so I can continually monitor things. Many Thanks
P.S I have had to fudge the model & year responses to get this query accepted by your website.
