BIG END BRGS: 1st stage = 11Nm (+- 1) 2nd stage = 21Nm (+- 1) CYL HEAD BOLTS: Ist stage = 105Nm 2nd stage = 115 Nm

third stage 62nm

As you have not stated which engine here is what I have for the 1.0 2004 - 2011 it is done in 3 stages 1. 22+-6Nm - 2. 42+-6Nm stage 3 is 62+-6Nm. That is the same on the 1.1 as well. the 1.1D CRDi 2004 - 11 is different but still done in 3 stages - 1. 49+-2Nm - 2. 90+-2Nm - 3. 120+-2Nm hope that helps
