Sounds like the water feed from the radiator to the engine, may just be a damaged or worn hose...if so, its a cheap easy fix

HI I OWN A PEUGEOT 206 1.8 IT SUDDENLY HAS STARTED LEAKING AN ORANGE COLOURED FLUID FROM UNDERNEATH THE FRONT OF THE CAR BELOW ROUGHLY THE RADIATOR. NO WARNING LIGHTS ARE SHOWING AND THE CAR DOES NOT

Sounds like antifreeze. You may need a new radiator or may have a bad radiator hose going to it. See if you can trace down where it is coming from.

When i start my Peugeout 206 1.6l ,the engine gets too warm very soon and the anti-boil liquid leaks from below the car.then i am to switch off & stop the car.May i get your immediate help? Thanks a...

hi.
sounds like you may have a faulty thermostat.

where the top hose from the radiator connects to the engine, there is a cast alloy cover held on with three bolts.
the thermostat is under this. just swap for a new one
i would not mess about testing it. they are fairly cheap and once replaced, you do not have to worry about it again.

as the car has already leaked some coolant, top up the cooling system with neat antifreeze,

run the car for a little while, with the heating on the highest temperature, keeping a close eye on the water level.

I need the radio code for my peugeot 206, v reg

Hi

If you contact the peugeot dealer and give them the car reg number or chassis number, providing the radio is a standard peugeot radio they should have the code. its about £20 I think alternatively look copy and paste the URL or click http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_trksid=p3907.m570.l1313&_nkw=peugeot+radio+code&_sacat=See-All-Categories

There are many people on ebay who can decode the radio if you know the number on the side of it.

Hope this helps

Peugeot 206 temperature gauge not working?

it could be a couple of things, first, check the wires to the temprature sender unit make sure they have not broke, as it was sudden this may be it, also it could be the sender unit it self as a freind of mine had with her car i changed that and the one for the radiator switch, but most of the time it will be something to do with the sender unit on the engine...hope this helps

Freeze plug, head gasket, hose to the heater core. You have to get back there and look.

I am hearing a sloshing noise behind my glove box in my Peugeot 206. I hear it when I start up, go round corners and when braking. My car is 05 Reg.

you have one of two things, either a build up in your evaporator box, (which is caused by blockage in the drain tube, or you have an air picket in your coolant system, which means it will have to be bleed.

Hope this helps

Hi, peugeot 206 clutch/engine problem..

It seems like the clutch pressure plate has given in. Best would be to replace the clutch pro-kit.( Clutch pressure plate, clutch plate and release bearing)
