Car recently started not cooling when first starting car. after driving it a little it seems to cool ok. Now its a little more infrequent. It seems to cool ok, which implies the compressor is working and there is coolant while not sure what is causing this.

Check the AC rad. It could be plugged with bugs or dirt, and the car won't cool at all until you get moving. If the fins are all bent over, you will have the same result, and you will have the tedious job of straightening them all.

Why does my 2003 jaguar s type keeps overheating after I replaced the thermostat. I took i to the dealer and they told me everything checked out ok but told me to replace thermostat.

These cars are terrible for holding air pockets once the cooling system has been drained.
Run the heater on max and let the car cool, top off the coolant, and repeat the process several times. Also make sure the electric fan assy is functioning. There is a module on the side of the fan assy which occasionally fails. if the fan is working then you probably have air pockets in the cooling system.

Air cond not cool

yes if they had to (clean) the orfice that means that your compressor is coming apart. you sould replace to com dryer and orfice flush the system very well and then pull a vacuum and recharge. if the orfice was blck and had little bits of metal on it that means your com is taking a dump and it cant compress the fluid well enough so low cooling is the outcome.

It is over heating, and fans keep running after i turn the ignition off

The fans are running trying to cool down the engine. Check and make sure cooant is full and start the car with radiator cap off and leave car warm up to make sure coolant is flowing. If the coolant starts to shoot out of the radiator, shut off and leave the car cool down and replace the thermostat. Then receck if you have no flow or it still runs hot have the radiator flow checked it could be clogged.

Hello
Definitely the battery has a big role in Jaguar cars, as Jaguar cars are very sensitive when it comes to battery.
You never go less than specified , going a little higher is ok but not lower
