You should be able to. but if there no bracket to mount your shock to . you will have to have some one weld them in

On a 2000 venture can you take off air shocks and put on reg shocks

Do an Internet search for kits that replace the air ride suspension, they are available from several suppliers I think. You can't just put in regular shocks as the car would set on the ground.

The back end of my 2000 dodge neon slides whenever I go over a bump. What is causing this?

rear shock bad (or struts if you have these) see if you push down on the back of the vehicle, like on the trunk lid, if it seems bouncy. Note if your shocks or struts have leaked oil.

My shocks are overacting. 2000 Buick LeSabre

Yes, it is the sensor that measures the height of the car and tells the system to stop pumping air.

I quick fix - just pull the fuse on the air pump if you want to stop it for now.

THe sensor may just have mud on it. Look near the rear wheel, driver's side, you may have to remove the tire to see the sensor.

Just making sure

Make sure to remove any drit or other loose objects as, dropping obects in the holes can be hard to get out and you don't want to add dirt to your engine

Rear Air Shock Problems

The car will still run level due to the fact the springs are holding them up. If the shocks are wet there internal seals are shot, so it is time to replace them.
