Yes you can add freon, the port will be on the line up at the accumlator tank (large silver tank on pass side close to the fire wall - will have a large black cap, does not look like a port) Get you a large can with a hose attached do not use it all save some for next year.

My air conditioner is blowing hot air, where is the port so that I can add refridgerant?

The charging port is located in the larger of the two hoses/lines that come from the AC compressor, the fill port will accept only the right fitting from the charging source hose fitting. Before you add refrigerant you need to locate the leak, the refrigerant doesn't just disappear, it leaks out somewhere.. My guess would be the AC compressor front seal.

Check the radiator fluid level, if it is low, you won't get hot water into the heater rad.

A/c blows hot air

Not sure what you mean by diode slot empty.
Have you checked to see if the system is full of freon ?
If yes, then you would check for voltage at the compressor relay and then the compressor clutch.

My 2002 Hyundai air conditioner blows HOT air..any solutions??

Well there are a number of things that can be wrong here. You may have a coolant leak, You may have electrical problems or a bad compressor. There is no easy way to figure this one out. I suggest you bring it in to the shop and have it tested. Most places will charge about $40 to $50 for a check-up of you Air Conditioning systems.

I have a 2002 Santa Fe and I'm having problems

I'm assuming you're talking about the 'head pressure' to the condenser reading fine? You might have a clogged condenser or you have a 'mode door' which is either stuck open/closed.

AC will blow cold air for a few minutes then start blowing hot air, cut the engine and start it again and blow cold air for a few minutes then start blowing hot air again. Just filled up the freon and the...

you have moisture in the system this causes your expancion valve to freeze up an stop working, thats why it works for sort time and when it de-freezes stars working again. you need to do a EVAC & RECHARGE with a good AC service equipment, specially attention to pull vacumm por at least 20minutes so you get all moisture out of the system.
Good luck

Air conditioner blowing hot air on 2002 monte carlo and it has freon in it

car air conditioner blowing hot air is cause by either a leak or a clogged condenser, since it has a freon in it then it might be a case of clogged condenser but this is just a contributing factor, it is possible that the leak is small that you wont even notice that the freon is not enough for the a/c to blow cold air.
