Question about 1999 Ford Crown Victoria
Long story short, I got my a/c checked and they said it was low so i bought some freon, hooked it up and the belt would not rotate, and the compressor would not take any. i started reading and there is somthing about a a/c clutch. were is it located? and is this my problem, do i need to switch it or somthing to get it kickin? any help would help, its hittin record highs here in vegas.
The clutch is on the end of the a/c compressor.
When you are filling with refrigerant you need to make sure the ac is turned on and the fan is on high. Make sure the can of refrigerant is connected to the low side.
