How to find out what is making my Chrysler let baron turbo overheating, heater blows cold. How can I tell if it clogged and if it is how do Or fix it?

The thermostat would not stop the heaters from getting hot . Is flush out the heater matrix make sure water flows nice and free . But I would be looking at the water pump and at the same time flush main radiator and heater matrix at the same time. The thermostat stuck shut will cause it to overheat but not stop the heat out of the blowers.

Not enough coolant !!!!! Possible blown head gasket.

Plz check that heater core is not clogged. If coolant isn't circulating through heater core it may require to be backflushed.

Could be open termostat ,clog heating core.

flush the cooling system or have it flushed. it is clogged or low on fluid. make sure they use an approved flush chemical to do this and bleed it properly with the heat on high. this should take care of it as long as there are no overheating issues or leaks. cheers

could be waterpump?
i was going to say rad fan,but if so heater would be hot.
lack of coolant will make heater core to blow cold,if engine heats up with full coolant,usually means poor or no circulation.
water pump?
run engine with full coolant,at operating temp.with rad cap off and look in rad cap hole and see if there is movement of water inside rad.
[rad fan will not come on if water is not circulating through rad water pump?]

Enough to fill the brake fluid resernoir.
