Sometimes Honda places a sticker in the glove box that has a 5-digit number on it, that would be your radio code. Otherwise, you can sometimes open the glovebox, or the ashtray and peek through to see the serial # on the bottom of the radio. I know that for sure on the newer Accords.

Honda crv need's code for radio

try two things....(1) look in the owners manual or glove box for a decal with the serial number or (2) push and hold button 1 and 6 and get serial number...write that down and visit the dealer and see if they will give you the code. I have heard some dealers charge up to $90 for this....if yours want's to, ditch the radio for an aftermarket radio.
