You will need to remove the transmission or transaxle first and then you can remove the flywheel. You do not state model of car so I cannot give more detailed answer than that
Find the model number of your car safe on the lower right corner of the safe. Write down the model number.
Look for a small plastic panel on the front of your safe. Push the panel to the side to reveal a key code.
Call Harbor Freight Technical Support at the telephone number listed on their website. Give Harbor Freight the key code, safe model, your name and your mailing address. Request a duplicate key. first get a breaker bar they sell them at harbor freight and a socket that fits the crankshaft bolt and see if you can turn it if not then your motor is locked up
There's usually always screw hidden in door handle, then remove any other screws in panel,remove any trim then panel pops off around edges. Their is a special tool for this. Harbor Freight or Auto Zone.
