Way my Dodge Durango hasb no electrical power at all no lights no start nothing?

I don't know the model year?
Make sure battery has a full charge. Make sure battery connections all good, voltage and ground. Use a test lite and follow battery B+. Check for voltage at fuse circuits, some fuse circuits are hot all the time, some go hot with key on, check them both ways.
Do you have a battery junction block, check voltage there.

All electrical works, but when turning key there is nothing

You still need to have the battery tested. The starter requires more current than anything else in the car. Once you have a known good battery, then you have to follow the wiring diagram to determine where the power is being lost. Test for power arriving on the small wire at the starter with the key held in start position. If power found, verify all cable connections first and then replace the starter. If no power on that wire, you will have to test the rest of the circuit.

If i take the positive cable off the battery will it die?

No. Not right away.

Over-simplified, the (+) post of the battery is connected to the starter via the starter solenoid, ignition system, the alternator and the the fuse box. The battery's main purpose is to (1) provide a large amount of current for a short time (2) provide power any time the alternator isn't turning.

If you start the engine, and then remove the (+) cable from the battery (and insulate it from touching anything metal on the car) the engine will continue to run - but the battery will not recharge. The alternator would normally provide power to meet the electrical requirements of the car, ignition and slowly recharge the battery. If the battery is diconnected - it cannot recharge, After repeated starts without recharging the battery (either via traditional battery charger or connection to the car's alternator), it will no longer have sufficient charge to crank the engine over.

There are other benfits to leaving the battery connected - it acts as a large power conditioner or filter. It minimizes buzz, hiss, clicks from speakers and improves power quality to the rest of the electrical system by preventing voltages from dropping too low under intemittant heavy electrical loads while driving. If the cable is removed and it should touch the grounded metal of the vehicle, the engine would stop and it is very likely that the voltage regulator has been damaged beyond repair and require replacement. This part is often located inside the alternator and can be an expensive fix.

I hope this answers your question & good luck!

Five minutes ago our 1988 Dodge Grand Caravan was running. I replaced a brake light bulb and started it to test. Now it is dead. Completely. No current getting from the battery to any electrical...

Take a volt meter and read the battery terminals to insure there is power. You should have 12 volts dc or a little over. This may be caused by a direct short in the battery cables. Also tight aint always right. It doesn't matter how tight you have a connection if there is something (ie corrosion) interfering with the connection. To check this clean the terminals with a battery brush or a rough brush or file, then reconnect the terminals.
P.S. Coca Cola will also eat the corrosion off of anything.

1995 dodge ram 1500, the battery is fully charged but there is no power to anything at all including interior lights and headlights, horn etc.

Trace the Positive (+) wire from the battery to the starter. Ensure that the connection at the starter is tight.

Also, check that the battery connections are cleaned up shiny and new with a wire brush, and connected tightly.

Also, check that the ground connection at the frame or body, from the Negative (-) wire is tight.

If the above steps don't solve the problem, look for a main fusible link or fuse that has blown that is close to the thick positive wire.

Good luck on this repair.

No electrical power to anything - even dome light.

Check battery and chassis earth connections are ok.
Check for 12v power at the fuse/power disrtribution fuse bus; - if no power there, trace circuit wiring back to battery.
