Will not start

old post , still dead? car stock, no hacks (alarms or other stuff )
check all fuses?
beef = cranks but not start, got spark ?
ever tune it up this decade or last 60k miles?
no immobilizer magic in 2000
read the OPR guide yet, in the glove box, or below? if lost?
see page 154, see step 5?" then step 6< do those?
page 155 for cold and high altitude?
then page 259, wont start, read that yet?
if it still fails to start , check spark. at all spark plugs.

at page 259 , you land on , call tow truck or a technician
so he checks park.
spark is good so checks for injections.
he finds, (say) no injections.
it connects the OBD2 scan tool ($9) and sees DCT errors
and zero RPM, while cranking, , and finds the CKP is dead.
that's one example, can do 100s more.

Remote central locking not working on Honda CRV 1999. central locking works with Key and the alarm and imobliser work form the remote.

Hi I wonder if you can advise me ,my central locking and alarm is very unreliable it keeps making a beep before the ignition goes on and clicking,it sometimes sets the alarm off,Ive had the AA round and theyve told me the car battery is dead, which I appreciate, but think the key hub central locking or alarm is running the battery low does the hand held button need a new battery,or can I take the fuse out for the central locking, dont want to pay 66 quid for a new battery if I can pay 2 quid for a new battery for the central locking button,or demobilize it

Car alarm doesnt work after dead battery boost

The computer detected a fault. You SHOULD NOT drive it around with that blinking, or you will regret it. Take it to the dealership immediately and have them pull the code.
