SOURCE: wire is unplugged under driver seat! Wear do I plug it back into

Often there are 'UNUSED' wire harness connectors in various places on vehicles (i.e., heated seats for example when the vehicle didn't come with them). The best solution is to find out what trouble code exists in the SRSCM (Supplemental Restraint System Control Module). There are over 100 different codes/troubles which can turn on the AirBag light. Take the veh in to a Hyundai dealership to find out what code(s) has/have been stored in the SRSCM -- it simply might be a "History" code, like DSAB (Driver's Side Air Bag) Resistance - High - H. Hyundai Dealerships use two different scanning systems - HighScan and GDS. Once you find out which code, you can go to and register and access all the info you want about your Sonata. CAUTION: Air Bag systems encorporate explosive components - trust the professionals

SOURCE: Heated seat

It is the heatling element, stock elements have a single wire snaked through the element and when the circuit breaks it is done, aftermarket elements have a wired grid that if one area fails it still works, they also spread a more even heat.

SOURCE: I need the wiring diagram

This is the diagram for the fog lamps ( headlamp is a different cell ).
If you are trying to add them to the existing wiring, do not expect the headlamp switch to cab fuse panel wiring to be there ( that is usually what is missing when you can find the fog lamp connectors under the front of the truck ).

File Save as so you can magnify it with the JPEG viewer you use.

I have 2010 Ford Taurus SHO seats. I believe they are 8 or 10 way memory seats. Trying to retrofit for a street rod. Have a few wiring diagrams but not enough. Can't get power to any motors yet. Numb

Problem Solved !!! I traced every wire, Bought manuals, Ended up buying a passenger seat wiring harness and removed driver memory control module plus harness. Installed new passenger harness and it works great ! You need VIN# when ordering part, Order number is slightly different then number on wire harness but when it came in numbers matched. How to replace blower resistor

You must go to passenger side under the dash. Drop the glove box down all the way by pressing the tabs inward to allow glovebox to past the retention points. to the left of the blower motor you will see a small harness going into your a/c vents with 12 gauge wires held down by two 7mm socket screws. Remove those screws to expose a series of small coils. Unplug the harness from it and replace it with the new resistor coils

I have a 2005 ford crown victoria P71 ( interceptor). It has cruise but dosent work. I just bought it from the county. It was a active patrol car that was up for replacement (so its in excellent mechanical...

I also have that same vehicle but, I'm sorry to say it does not have cruise. I also have a wiring issue. I replaced the interior (seats, carpet, door panels, and a few dash moldings) with duel power seats, however I through out the old seats before I noted the "wiring colors" for the passenger seat 'seatbelt' and 'airbag' sensor connections. The new seats came out of a 2003 crown vic (not a p71) and had totally different connections under the passenger seat. My '05 p71 did not even have the wires there for a power passenger seat, so I had to replace and wire them in from the harness that I removed from donor car. That actually wasn't TOO bad, and the seats work fine, but I don't know which wires go together for the seatbelt and airbag sensors, as the old wire 'colors' under the seat do not match the 'colors' on the connectors under the new power passenger seat. If you could tell me the colors of the wires to your original seat (passenger), for the seatbelt and airbag plugs you would be a great help in solving my issue with the "airbag" and "seatbelt" light that stays lit on the dash. If I can help with your problem in some way, even though my car does not have cruise, e-mail me and let me know how ( .

My ac nor will my heat come on with my blower motor running i have a 2006 ford f150

Could be your 'blower resistor module', which is an electronic device that allows your fan to run with the a/c or heater. It is located up under your dash on the passengers side right next to where the blower vent comes out to the floor. It has a wiring harness going in to it with 5 wires in the harness. There are 4 5/16" bolts mounting it to the firewall. A new one should be readily available at your local parts store for about $30.

usually just 3 bolts under the dash on the passenger side. Look for a round meatl motor housing with a 2 wire wire harness.

Heater fan only works on high. what are the possibilities for repair?

The resistor is probably rusted out. It's easily found and inspected under the dash on the passenger side. You might also need a new wire connector/harness. I actually started losing the lower speeds until only High was left. Strangely, the best price for the resistor was the Ford dealer. I recall it was about $30-40(?) Here are pictures from my 1999 F150:

I can't find the air bag module on 1999 ford F150 truck

They usually mount them in one of two places. First place is behind the right kick panel on the passenger side. The second place is under the seats or center console under the carpet. Check behind kick panel first since it is the easiest.
