Question about Ford Cars & Trucks
As this site is International some car models reuse names in different Countries. In the USA, the Galaxy was a 1960's era car.
In a 1960 era car, things are a lot less complicated. You might want to resubmit about the year of your car and if the engine cranks or not.
If the engine cranks you need power to the coil through the ignition switch. Disconnect the plus + wire from the coil, hook up a voltage meter and turn on the ignition switch to observe voltage. Fix accordingly. Check for spark at plugs after reconnecting coil power.
Try starting fluid to substitute for fuel. No fire condition can mean distributor shaft is not turning, timing chain problems, etc.
