Question about Lincoln LS
I have a 2002 Lincoln ls v8. My AC is not working. I have took the car to a local shop ,and they check all pressure switches, fuses, relays, the power distribution box in the trunk, The system is fully charged but the problem is there is no electrical power getting to the AC clutch. At the shop they ran a hot wire to the compressor just to check it, Its fine. I have done a self diagnotic using the control panel and there wasnt any trouble codes. I even tried a new control panel the compressor is still not getting any power. So wit this being said the control panel is good, the compressor is good, all relays and fuses good . I need help Please somone
Apparently the local shop did not trace the clutch wiring back to the power source to find out why no voltage was getting through.

YOU COULD HAVE OPEN OR SHORT IN THE BLACK YELLOW WIRE GOING TO AC COMPRESSOR CYCLING PRESSURE SWITCH. CHECK FOR A SHORT OR OPEN IN RED YELLOW WIRES AT THE AC PRESSURE CUTOFF SWITCH. USE VOLT METER AND CHECK FOR VOLTAGE AT BOTH SWITCHES. PROBLEM COULD BE IN THE EATC MODULE THAT SEND POWER TO PURPLE WIRE THAT FEEDS THE AC PRESSURE CUTOFF SWITCH AND AC CLUTCH CYCLING PRESSURE SWITCH THEN FEEDS THE AC COMPRESSOR CLUTCH SOLENOID.
