2002 4.3 eng blazer, its hard to start .n0 check eng. light ?

The problem is your Fuel Pressure Regulator. this is really common on newer cars to go is the way you can check to see if that is the problem. Locat the fuel rail on the engine. find the little round valve looking thing on the fuel rail that looks like it has a vacume line hooked to it. This is the Fuel Pressure Regulator. All you have to check it is pull off the vacume line going to it and if there is any fuel that comes out of the top of the valve or out of the vacume line this is the problem. there should be no fuel comeing out of it or the vacume line. and this will not cause a check engine light to come on. The regulator could run from $50- 130 depending on. Hope this is the Answer you were looking for

AC is blowing cold air, but it is coming out of the defrost and not the front vents. Why are the front vents not working?

Check over on the passenger side under the hood by the fire wall, there will be some elec. connection, just below that there will be a small vacum line that should go into your fire wall, check that it has vacum, it should also have a one way valve, small round looking some time that get clog, needs to have vacum that is what power the blend door's.

My car idles at 3 and the brake is stiff

Sounds like you have a major vacume leak, Chk. line going to break booster. Do you hear a loud hissing or whiseling noise either comming from under the hood or under the dash especily when you apply the break? If under dash could be bad break booster, if under hood still could be booster or a break in the vacume line from engine to booster.

Front drive, 4 Wheel drive won't engage

that vacume line goes back to the transfer case, the end that goes behind the motor hooks to a steel tube so it does not get hot from the exhaust., my guess it should be hooked up so it will feed vacume to the vacume ball so it can lock in the axels. if you start the car and shift into 4 wheel drive and listen under hood you should hear a hissing sound, that is vacume, if you can't hear it there, you may have to craw under the right side to hear it, probably came unhooked underneith the car
