Question about 1999 Pontiac Montana
I've recently started haveing fuel problems . that makes the fuel pump work intermitintly . now either the old pump or the replacement pup run . thats upon turning the key to the on position i get a reading of 10 to 11 volts for like 1 to 2 seconds then drops to zero volts . my question is is how much voltage should i read on the volt meter im useing a digital multi meter
The only time you have 12 vdc is when u crank the engine. Maybe the fuel pump relay is faulty the coil for the relay is not strong enough to hold the contacts, try swapping or changing a new relay,
