SOURCE: Replacing front wheel bearings

It isn't a particularly hard job but there are a few techniques that you need to know.
I wouldn't recommend you do it yourself but I would recommend you do it under supervision of someone who knows their stuff.
Retensioning the bearings correctly is extremely important.

SOURCE: '99 olds silhouette rear struts

If you have better than average skills you sould be able to tackle it. You will have to remove 3 nuts from the top and 2 bolts on the bottom. Yo will also need a coil spring compressor that you can borrow from parts store (autozone). The most dangerous part is the spring coming lose but its fairly easy t do in your driveway with regular hand tools.

I have a 98 ford explorer and I don't know what tools I need to replace gear box

if you don't know what sort of tools you need you might be better off getting somebody with the right tools and knowledge to do the job as it can be a very costly experience if you damage some parts of the gearbox.

Is it a big job to renew rear engine mount on a 1993 talbot express j5 2.5 non turbo diesil

How hard it is to do is a relative question based on experience levels. It is not a complex job to perform. You will need to raise and support the motor while you're working on the mount enough to be able to achieve clearance to remove the old mount and put the new one into place.

What do i need to do and have to change a wheel bearing

You need specialized equipment if you wish to do a quality job.
The bearing has to be pressure loaded prior to completion. This is not an expensive job, and if you have no experience, you are better off paying a reasonably priced expert to do it for you.
Not like a brake job at all!!

I need a place to show how to replace the tranny.

Auto or manuel ?
I will assume auto - by majority..
You mean doing it yourself ??
Just a few tings to consider..
If you have experience - thats cool..
However - replacing a auto trans is a pretty involved job..
When the new trani goes in - the tourque converter has to be turned just right..
It can be a very tricky job..
You may want to consider doing it with someone that knows how with experience..

Hope this helps !!

Anyone have practical experience to change the spark plugs on a 2000 Merc CLK 230K yourself or to get a MB garage to do them?

Hi there. Changing sparks plugs on a CLK is relatively easy, assuming you have the right tools and some knowledge of having changed spark plugs before. However, even on a relatively simple job such as changing spark plugs, things can go wrong, perhaps you don't have the proper equipment and you strip a thread, or perhaps the plugs are seized. If you want to avoid the expensive MB Dealer prices, I suggest you take your Benz to any reasonable Tuning Shop who will have the tools, the expertise and experience in undertaking this job for you. Hope this helps, Scottech.

I need to replace my air intake hose is this something i can do myself? Or should I take it to a proffesional?

No DIY, look carefully and get the right replacement.
My experience with Mazda is that the original part is best.

But if you have no car experience stay away from any jobs.
The thing is can stall dangerously inconveniantly where you don't like it. Then better wash your car.

Then there is the insurance clause if they prove it was your unqualified hand leading to something.
