SOURCE: 05 Dodge Caravan Front blower doesn't work but rear blower works

I had the same problem, I changed the resistor that is located behind the glove compartment and it is all good now. That resistor doesn't look like a resistor when you look at it. To reconise this item, there are two connector attached to it, the one from the blower motor on which there is a green wire and a black wire. The other connector attached to the same resistor consist of 4 wires of diff colors.

2001 dodge caravan front heater does not work but the rear heater works fine

Your resistor is burned out that is why you only get high speed. Also the front blower motor is out. But check the wiring going to the resistor and make sure it is not burnt, if it is it also has to be replaced. Just went through the same issues.

Rear blower: only works on high when set on cold, won't work at all when set to heat

I would start with the rear blower motor resistor, the resistor is what controls the speed of the fan, the resistor is located in the rear heater box near the blower, you will need to remove the right rear side panel to access the heater box. start with that

Blower only works on high front and rear

Most common reason for the blower motor not working in any other position then high is the blower motor resistor.

The resistor has sends the current through different levels of resistors, to achieve different motor speeds.

When you have it on high it bypasses all the resistors to get full speed. This is why I would say it is most likely the resistor pack that is faulty.

Front climate control blower only works on high speed.

Replace your blower motor resistor
Resistor located under dash on passenger side in screwed into blower housing. May be able to be repaired. Requires soldering a small piece of "unmelted solder" across where the old fusible link was. look carefully at resistor. Or else just replace. Buy new. Junkyard resistor likely to be as bad as yours.
