Common problem which audi uk dont want to recognise but ironically audi usa did after immense pressure from the owners club.mine does the same and i live with it as the brakes work ok and i can throw the car into the tightest of corners at speed and the car does not roll, yaw left or right ans stays where it should. The fault is inherent with the year can have your own dash pod recallibrated at a cost of around £250 by a british company but there is no real solution or gaurantee

Unless there is a problem in the ABS system the light will never come on except when the key is first turned on to show that it does indeed work along with all other warning lights.

Exclamation point in circle light on

Hi, Sounds like your abs braking system is at fault. The light would normally flicker when traction (tyres loosing grip with the road) is lost, Then as regained the light should go back out, however you have a sensor on each wheel either one of those may have packed in or your main ABS control unit under the bonnet may be at fault or on the way out. Also it may be your traction control switch that could be at fault. Hope this helps.

The abs and the traction control light is on, how can i solve this problem

Hello. The Antilock Brake System [ABS] and tractioin control light are both connected to sensors near each tire. In many instances the systems work but one or more of the sensors goes bad. With the ABS system, you will know it is not working if the brakes do not pump themselves during a fast stop.
Begin by driving to an Auto Zone or similar auto parts store and have them put their scanner on your Audi. This will pinpoint the problems with your abs and your traction control. From there you will be able to decide on what course of action to take. Regards, Joe
