FUEL PRESSURE SHOULD BE BETWEEN 31-35 PSI

8360 kpa is about 1200 psi.

check fuel pressure regulator if good replace pump

Google has an auto convert facility (for almost anything), simply type....

Use PSI to KPA Pressure Converter

Not much information, but from what it sounds your catalytic converter may be restricted or plugged. Temporarily unscrew a O2 sensor and install a pressure gauge 1-10psi. More than 3 psi when you rev the engine means excessive exhaust back pressure and possible converter plugged. I used an old Ford 18mm sparkplug. Broke the porcelain out of it and brazed a 1/8 brake line into the metal sparkplug. Screwed it into the O2 sensor hole (same size and thread pitch). Hooked up an old fuel pump pressure test gauge. Started the engine and momentairly revved the engine using full throttle. Gauge shot up to 10 psi. Catalytic converter was plugged.

check fuel filter first with filter clogged it could still have pressure no volume then check for catalytic converter clog backpressure test no more then 2 psi

STANDARD TYRE PRESSURE IS 28LBS(1.8BAR) CONSTANT HIGH SPEED, IS 32LBS(2.1BAR).I SET ALL OF MINE TO 30 ALL ROUND...AND CHECK EVERY TANK FILL OF GAS.

FUEL FILTER STOPPED UP OR FUEL PUMP WEAK CHECK FUEL PUMP PRESSURE IT SHOULD BE.FOR 2.2L ENGINE FUEL PRESSURE 55 - 65 PSI THE 1.9L FUEL PRESSURE 31 - 36 PSI THE 3.0L ENGINE FUEL PRESSURE 39 - 49 PSI.

35 psi is usally the average.
