My 1990 surburban is idlling funny, what could be the cause?

It could be many problems. Add some 'chem tool' to the gas tank and drive it for a week or so. Look into getting a tune up.

Is there not a radiator cap on a 1999 silverado? want to flush sysyem but do you refill through resavoir?

If you don't see a cap, you don't have one. If you are flushing in hopes of correcting an overheating problem, be aware that if the radiator is partially obstructed, the flush chems sold today are too mild to actually do much. The better chems were all banned by the epa.
If you are just doing routine maintenance, easiest method of draining is to remove the lower hose at the radiator, let the system drain, put the hose back on, fill with water and any chems you want to use, run it as per instructions, drain again, fill with more water and repeat with water at least twice before draining and filling with new antifreeze.(do all flushing with heater on full heat) Keep the cap off while doing this so you don't build up pressure and be careful draining hot water. Even though they are mild for the job, chems can still irritate your skin so be careful. When filling for the final time, make sure the system is full and the thermostat has opened before closing it up. Always check everything over for leaks.Any other questions? Just ask!!

Okay its like when i press the gas it stalls or when im at a light my car would sputter and then slowly die out and cutt off my alternator is good i tested it at auto zone and i replaced my battery what...

That car may have a carburetor.....that is...pre- fuel injection. Have it checked for adjustment, linkage problems, accelerator pump failure....or may need to be rebuilt. If it has been sitting for a long time, blow it out with some chem-tool, then take it for a ride on the highway and blow the cobwebs out of it. USE COMMON SENSE....wear eye protection when messing with chem-tool or simular. Have a fire extinguisher handy. Replace the air breather back on the carburetor correctly....because, if it backfires while driving it, it could catch fire. ( ever see a car on the side of the highway...on Fire...?) this is why....!!

2000 Toyota Avalon I smell fuel in the engine compartment that get inside the car and is very strong. What are possible source of problem?

You have a fuel leak-obviously. Do not continue to run or start the vehicle until you find the leak. If you do start your vehicle make sure it is outside and the hood is up while starting. Have a Fire Extinguisher on the ready. A CO extunguisher is more preferred over a Dry Chem extinguisher do to the fact the Dry Chem is not good on electronics. I have both to use the Dry Chem on outside (or underneath) the engine. Gasoline Vapors are very explosive! You need to look for the liquid leak first. Look for wet and/or puddles in or around your fuel injectors. Fuel injector "O"-rings do get worn out (based on your 2000 year) causing a leak. Even if you have to take the air intake system off to be able to gain a visual, it is worth it. Check for wetness around the fuel rails, fuel hose's and fuel hose links. This is only a start in looking. If nothing found I would check the EVAP system for leaking hoses and connections. This system takes the gasoline vapors and runs them thru a cannister and then recycles them back into the intake. Check these hoses and connections. Cracked or worn hoses will cause gasoline vapors Is your vehicle (engine) running okay? If not, is there a problem (ie leak) in your EGR or Intake? Again there are many problems and areas to look. 1st check for a liquid leak. 2nd check for a vapor leak.
If you still cannot find it let me know on fixya.com.

sounds like the trans internal pressure is low...likely need a rebuild. As a temporary stop-gap, sometimes lucas additive will help but there really is no chem on earth that will repair worn out parts.

Change the fluid and filter and add some Berryman's chem tool to it, most likely a shift solenoid is stuck from sitting.
