Dear friend-if your other brake lights is working then you dont need to check the fuses as they all work together, check for power to the lamp or the lamp itself.

Tail lights, passenger (front passenger and both rear) windows, inside door lock switch and fog lamps are all not working.

These items are on separate circuits. Check the power lead into the drivers door first. No power, or a broken wire to the drivers door in the hinge area can cause window and door lock issues. Tail lights are a separate fuse as well as fog lights. Check fuses to make sure they are all good. Some vehicles combine low amp draw circuits. The fuse may NOT be labeled for the specific item you are attempting to repair.

Dash lights and tail lights not working

Have you checked the fuses? The easiest way to check fuses is to get a 12v circuit tester; ground the cable then use the probe end to check both sides of the fuse (you'll see 2 little metal pieces at the top of the fuse, touch those). If you get one that lights up on one side but not the other, the fuse is bad; just remove and replace the fuse. If you don't have any spares, and local auto parts store has them. Make sure to use the same size fuse. If you replace it, and it pops right away, you have a short, don't just go to a larger fuse; going to a larger fuse can cause a fire in your wiring.
You'll have to find and fix the short first.

Will the fuse cause the widow on the driver side not to let up

there are no individual fuses for a specific window on your vehicle. if the other windows function, your issue is with that particular window. a good place to start would be to check the switch which controls the window in question. if the switch is good, try listening to the window motor when the switch is pressed. if you can hear it running, the window regulator is the issue. in any event, a Chilton repair manual covering your vehicle would be a good first step in tracing your problem to it's solution.

Lost all electrical after replacing fuse

When replacing the fuse must be consistent with the original fuse specification, cannot arbitrarily increase the current rating of the fuse, cannot use other conductive objects instead of more. If change to once again blow a fuse, circuit fault has occurred, should ask professional troubleshooting again after mount fuse, must not with increasing fuse specification to deal with, or is likely to cause a fire.auto diagnostic tool

2002 ford taurus 3.0 dohc no radio no blower no wipers or windows operate. possible cause??

most likely messed up the fuses if its not working, check the fuse box under the hood, there should be a diagram on the fuse box panel so you can locate the specific fuses. if you dont know whether or not the fuses are bad, the fuse has a bridge within it, if the bridge looks damaged/broken then its bad.

I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee that keeps blowing the fuse that runs the dome lights and the rear wiper motor... Is there a common short that would cause this?

I'd look at the door switches (for dome light) first, then check that light itself has not shorted against roof. Does the fuse blow when the bulb has been removed? Some of this stuff has been routed through "modules", depending upon options and mfg date.( Delay controls and others.) I have seen no less than three "diagrams"... none of which are specific enough to aid in repair. If you physically can't trace problem, you will need the exact wiring diagram specific to manufacture date of your vehicle (can be 6mos different than just year.)

check the fuse panel and make sure you dont have a blown fuse. If one looks black replace it. Check your owners manual for fuse panel location and for specific fuse.
