More likely, you either have a corroded battery terminal connector, or a burned or damaged battery cable.

not sure what you are asking. where is stock located at 94 explorer????

the relay switch is under the hood on the driver side in the fuse panel

It can be issue with faulty motor or its faulty fan control relay.

Both are to be inspected.

Test volt at fan relay and fan motor.

LOAD REDUCTION RELAY COULD BE YOUR PROBLEM.

It is on the passenger side under the dash, remove the panel under the dash and you will see it right near the blower motor in the same housing, the screws are 8mm.

Replace Fan Clutch around $90 on ebay, Need help doing it just ask :)
