2001 honda odyssey radio won't play, wants a code

The code number is different for all Hondas. There should be a credit card sized piece of plastic with the owner's manual with the number on it. If not, have your Honda dealer contact HONDA with the vehicle identification number (vin) to get the code. Write it down and keep it safe. You'll need it each time the battery is disconnected or you lose power for some reason. It's the anti-theft component of the sound system. Some dealers record the number where you can find it, such as inside the glove box, or inside the trunk overhead. It's a 5 digit number. Good luck!

Look in the glove box. On the back of the glove box door there should be a small white sticker with two sets of numbers. The number set with five (5) digits is your radio reset code. Use the radio preset buttons to enter the code. If entered correctly, the radio should turn on instantly to the factory default settings.

2001 Honda Crv need directions for reseting radio code

The reset code for many Honda products is found in the glove box. Open the glove box and on the back of the door you should see a small sticker with two sets of numbers on it. The number set with 5 digits is your radio reset code. When you get the message "code" enter the numbers in sequence using the radio preset buttons. If entered correctly, your radio shoud turn on immediately.

God Bless and good luck

Radio code for 94 honda delsol

The Unlock Code and the device unit's serial number are listed on the anti-theft ID card that comes with the vehicle. The card is usually placed in the glove box at the time of delivery. Use the Unlock Code listed on this card. For certain models, the dealer may have placed a label with the device serial number on the glove box. eb235a0.jpg ----------------- If you cant find it, you need 3 things

1. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

2. Phone Number and Zip Code Information
  • For security purposes, we(HONDA) verify ownership by comparing the phone number, zip code, and VIN you enter with those we have on file. Unless you have updated these values through Customer Services, the phone number and zip code will be those on file at the time the vehicle was purchased.
3. Device Serial Number
  • you need the radio's serial number. since it is located on the back of the radio. your gonna need the pull the radio to get it.

Then CLICK HERE and enter the information for automated code retrieval.
