Undo the lever in the front by pulling it out and then rolling it downward to release the front of the deck [lower it to the ground before you start].Once that bracket is off you need to remove the drive shaft by pulling back on the lock collar on the shaft and then pull off the pto shaft.Now pick up the rear of the deck slightly and pull out the c hangers in the rearof the deck just ahead of the back wheels.Jack up the left rear end to make it easier to pull the deck out from under the tractor.

Assuming you've check with a dealer, the next step is to take the old plug to a quality auto parts store to match by size. If you don't have the old plug, take an accurate measurement of the hole to the store, they can match by size.

pull both plugs and rotate motor till you get timing mark to top dead center on marker, feel for compression as you rotate motor BY HAND ONLY that will be #1
