My fiero died, its a 2.5L and i literally replaced EVERYTHING!!

My fiero died, its a 2.5L and i literally replaced everything. fuel pump, lines filter, plugs wires, cap rotar and coil. when that didn't work i replaced the ignition module and it started and ran like **** for about 15-20 seconds and died again. wouldnt start and i wore out the stater cranking it over, i replaced that today and still wont start. what else could i do. it doesnt seem to be firing again.

I bought a 1985 fiero se 10 years ago...they had put a new clutch in it....i drove it home and noticed that there was something not quite right in the shifting...i readjusted the clutch/shift linkage and...


You are not getting fuel. EIther bad fuel pump or plugged fuel filter. No fuel pressure and it starts for a second with starting fluid, then there is no fuel being pumped to fuel lines.

You haven't changed everything...map sensor controls spark and fuel mixture as does the throttle position sensor, also check the idle control valve...Don't just buy stuff...do testing first.

98 3 liter isuzu pipe line has came off


ive just replaced my fuel pump the fuel line is to the right side of engine block first check the two fuel pipes running to filter housing which next to the ecu unit on right hand side of engine bay follow the fuel line down to see if they have come off on the side of the fuel pump bit akward getting in as i had to take everything off to get at the pump very time consuming job hope tis helps u if not get back to me
