Hi, I have a kia rio 2005. My turn signals are not working. there is not even a clicking sound of signals on the dash. All the fuses are ok, IG1 on the relay is ok, infact all the fuses are good... what...

Did you check or replace the flasher? It is usually larger square or round. You can look up your specific vehicle on any auto parts store site. Most will show you where it is located as well. Your manual should have a section for that in troubleshooting as well.

Horn circuit for kia rio 2003

It is unlikely the horn is the problem. We do not have a circuit diagram but here is what I do have:

HORN TRIGGER (-) LT.GREEN/RED Harness Coming From Steering Wheel At
Steering Column, when the horn button is pushed this should be a ground circuit.

Horn doent work. No blown fuses in engine fuse box. Now what???

Sometimes you can get lucky by cleaning out the horn. Find the horn and spray a cleaner inside it, I use brake cleaner but you can even use water. Sometimes this works. You can also make sure connections are good. Try jumping power to it and see if it works if it does it could be the button that isn't working. Good Luck.

My 2005 Kia Rio horn is not working. Occasionally it will work but never when I need it to, like for an inspection. It is not the fuse.

they are not very good these modern horns ,they stick up so what i do is i find the horn behind the front bumper then i oil the vibrating bit on the front with engine oil leave to soak in for a day or so then assistant holds horn on and i tap it with a small hammer works most of the time

2005 kia RIO will not start with jumper cables Initially, I truned the ignition key and only heard clicking sound. Lights, radio and horn all work. I then tried to start with Jumper cables and nothing...

The clicking sound is either coming from the starter relay or the starter solenoid switch. If the starter makes no click then it has to come off and get new brusjhes put in it or have the solenoid replaced. You can check it by jumping the post with the battery cable fastened to it to the smaller post with the small wire on it either with a small screwdriver or a piece of wire.If it goes then, then you need the relay,if it does nothing then you need to fix the starter.

Horn doesn't work. what should i do to resolve

There is usually a wire on the steering column that jumps the collapsible coupling. Most likely this got torn loose. Small chance the horn itself or horn relay has gone bad.

thank you,

Horn on kia rio not working

It sound like the horn is the problem. You may need to purchase a new horn located in the front grill somewhere. I hope this helps.
